Unfortunately that this Filipino spot didn't make the cut and has been replaced with a Rainbow shop. Bronx is sadly not the borough to go if you 're jonesing for pancit and lumpia shanghai. If you're local, go to Chang Li market to get the fixings to make Filipino food for yourself.
